Human Resource Development - We have set structures in place for our employees to ensure that they are well developed and equipped with necessary experience to empower them. We frequently take inn unemployed youth and train them in Tilling, painting, glazing and general construction and carpentry work

Indirect Empowerment – Mikhenso MYN Projects is always in search of suppliers that are black empowered with vast knowledge without compromising quality. The Company provides in-service training for learners within the field.

Joint Ventures – Our active involvement on prestigious small scale contracts with some of the emerging construction firms, has developed and equipped us with the necessary skills required to provide efficient delivery of quality service
